In an email thread with my old XP mentor and a long time friend, Rob Myers, about coordinating the next BayXP gathering, I mentioned that I have another baby coming soon.

Rob: "... about time!"

Shane: "... are you saying that I should get a life and stop messing with this thing called 'agile'?"

Rob:

"Au contrare my friend. Living 'agile' is supposed to provide you with the opportunity to have a life beyond the office. We should coach through example! :-)"
